What are the payment methods that you accept?

 We’re constantly adding more payment options to make your shopping experience a pleasurable one. Elenblu offers you multiple ways to pay securely. These include:

If a product is out of stock, can I request for it?

Most definitely! We’re happy to assist you with a notification as soon as the product is back in stock. To make a re-stock request, simply click on the product, once you are on the product page, enter your email address in the “Notify me when this product is in Stock” box and click “Notify me”.

What is the delivery process?

We’re meticulous about our customer experience and delivering only the best to you. Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition. After they pass through the final round of our internal quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.

Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possible. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or be there at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

Where all do you deliver across India?

We deliver all across India and are expanding our base to make Elenblu available in every town across the length and breadth of the country shortly.

Do you deliver worldwide?

Unfortunately, we currently only cater to India, but are expected to reach foreign shores in the next few years.

How are the items packaged before sending out?

Packaging for us is serious business. We package our products in boxes with love, covering them in layers of bubble wrap and plastic, while fragile items like bottles are safely secured with additional bubble wrap.

Will I be notified when my order has been shipped for delivery?

We’re just as excited as you about getting the products to your doorstep. You can track your order under the ‘My Orders’ section of your account on the Elenblu website. Once your order has been dispatched, you will also receive an SMS and email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order. Use the tracking number to track the status of your package on the respective courier company’s website. Happy shopping!

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order. You can track the status of your package within 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

What is the estimated delivery time? Are there any speed deliveries?

We dispatch most orders within 1-4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Are there shipping charges?

To make sure you get the best delivery experience, we’ve tied up with some of the best couriers with standard shipping charges for most addresses.

A flat Rs.50 charge is applied to all orders below Rs.500, while there is free shipping for all orders above Rs.500.

Is there an option of gift wrapping in case my order is a present?

Currently this option is Not Available.

Do you have any retail stores?

We currently are focused on creating a memorable e-retail experience and do not have any retail stores.

Can I cancel a product that I've ordered?

Cancelling orders can be a daunting task; we’re here to help you sail through it with ease. If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on hello@elenblu.com with Subject : Order Cancellation, Your Order Confirmation Number.

In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request.

If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped, but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with our Customer Support team on hello@elenblu.com with Subject : Order Cancellation, Your Order Confirmation Number.

In case you have cancelled an order, which has already been handed over to the courier company on our end, they may still attempt delivery. Kindly do not accept the delivery of the order.

Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, we will refund your money within 24-48 business hours.

How will I get refunded for a cancelled product?

In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.

In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched, or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.

For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back and your bank details on email. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Can I return a product that I've ordered?

Yes, most definitely. Except for the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
  • Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
  •  Serial Number is tampered
  •  Defective products that are covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty
  • Product is used or altered
  •  If request is initiated after 5 business days of order delivery
  •  Free product provided by brand

Categories not eligible for Return:

-Customized Products (Eg: lipsticks, compacts, mascaras, etc) cannot be returned since they are available during select promotions and ordered on demand

How do I return a product ?

Our shipments go through rigorous quality checks before they leave our warehouse. However, in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request for a replacement or cancellation and refund.

If you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or have been sent a wrong product, you can follow a few simple steps to initiate your return/refund within 5 days of receiving the order:

Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email on hello@elenblu.com within 5 business days of receiving the order.

Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund the defective/wrong items in your order. Kindly share an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.

Step 3: We will pick up the products within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.

Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In case that a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount. Rest assured, your payment is safe with us, and will be due to you as per the diligence.

How can I make an account ?

  • When you place an order with us, you’ll be presented with an option to register.
  • If you’re visiting our website using your phone, click on ‘Profile’ on the bottom right and you’ll be presented with the option to register.
  • If you’re visiting our site using a computer, you’ll see the option to register on the top right.  All you need to do is provide us with your name, email address and a password of your choice. It’s that simple.

What do I do if I have forgotten a password ?

When signing in, you can click on the ‘Forgot Password’ link below the sign up area. You will immediately be redirected to a new page where you will be instructed to fill in your registered email address. Soon after, you will receive an email with a link to ‘reset your password’. Don’t stress, we got your back!

Can I track my orders on my account? How do I do this ?

Yes, you can track your order following simple steps:

  • If you’re using your mobile, you can track the status of your order(s) by going to Profile > My Account > My orders.
  • If you’re using your computer to visit our site, you can track the status of your order(s) by clicking on ‘My Orders’ on the top right.

Can I save items for later?

Absolutely! You can leave items in your shopping bag for later. Your cart is also synced across all platforms if you’re registered with us and signed in.
However the price and availability of these products will be reflected on a real time basis. Hence, there is a possibility that the product may go out of stock or the offer on the product may expire from the time you added it to your shopping bag.

How can I delete my account ?

We’d really regret you leaving, but you must, you can delete your account from the Elenblu community with ease. Deleting your account is an irreversible process, which we cannot revert even if you perform it by accident.

Tap Profile > Settings > Account > Delete my account.
